It is possible to remove or modify the quantity of the items. If you wish to purchase the items in the basket, click on “Proceed with your order”. Next, you will find the registration form. When registering, please enter your personal data or sign in if you have already registered. Once logged in, the payment process will start. You will be in the order and control page, where you can check your cart (product, price, quantity), choose the payment method and give the delivery address. Before completing the order, it is necessary to accept the Privacy Policy, as well as the general Terms and Conditions, you will find on the same page. By clicking on “Confirm Order”, your order will be sent to us. The sales contract will be thereby considered concluded.

Delivery and return

If I am not satisfied with a product, can I return it?

Sure, this service is offered by Pace Leone oil mill to all its customers. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 6 months of purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods shipped must be intact and not expired. The customer has to inform us by sending an email to info@frantoiopace.com  to withdraw from the contract through an explicit declaration. In case of withdrawal, all the payments made to us will be refunded with the exception of transport costs to return the goods and any commissions connected with the transaction made, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Consumer Code (link http://www.gazzettaufficiale.it/eli/id/2014/3/11/14G00033/sg). Our customer care service will be at your disposal to organise collecting methods and to replace or refund your order.

What should I do if something in the package is missing or damaged?

If, once delivered, you will find any goods missing, different from those ordered or damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@frantoiopace.com, or call a

us at +39 080 4965087. Our customer care service will be at your disposal to arrange a replacement or refund of the non-compliant items. If you receive an open or broken package, do not accept it and refuse the delivery. Please report the event to our customer service that will manage the return procedure and send a shipment.

How much are the shipping costs in Italy and Europe?

How long do you need to deliver my order?

For orders made from Monday to Friday, we will prepare your order within 48 hours after receipt of payment. It will be then given to the courier for shipment. Orders received during the weekend will be prepared the following Monday.

How do I know where my package is?

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Thanks to the website of the courier that has taken your delivery, you will be able to check where your package is. How quickly will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the order management time. Deferred payment methods, such as the bank transfer (to be made within 3 days) can delay the shipment. As soon as it is given to the courier, your order will be delivered within 3 / 5 days.
