Eggplants in Extra Virgin Olive oil – 200gr
Eggplants, which are now a common vegetable, come from India and they were imported in Europe thanks to the Arabs. They belong to the same family of tomatoes and potatoes and they are widely cultivated in Puglia. The “Frantoio Pace” eggplants in extra virgin olive oil are delicious and they can be used for all your dishes. Eggplants contain:
