They are selected among the varieties \u201cLeccina\u201d and \u201cTermite di Bitetto\u201d typical of the South-East zone of Bari, in Puglia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After 6 months of careful fermentation and ripening in brine they can be eaten. Thanks to the aromatic herbs, which are also cultivated in our farm, they have a distinctive flavour and smell that makes them particularly appetizing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They contain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>vitamins<\/strong>: B1, B2, PP and Pro-vitamin A;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>mineral salts<\/strong>: sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gluten-free product;<\/li>\n<li>they can be eaten as a starter or an afternoon appetizer;<\/li>\n<li>not suitable for those suffering from high blood pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Brine Black Olives made by Frantoio Pace Leone are farmed in our own farm.
